These are the various certificates that prove my identity. They are from the US State Department, the British Crown, the Armed Forces of the United States of America and the Vatican. The name TIMOTHY JAMES KOESER appearing on these documents literally mean that I am "God's Precious Heir to Caesar."

The Repercussions Of My Caesar Claim When I emailed my Caesar Claim to the powers that be I told my friend Daniel Kami that if they were going to arrest me they would do it with in two to three weeks.
