My Hydrocarbon Supervolcano In My Native Territory In Karau
Karau Hydrocarbon:
In 2005 a prophecy came through a Prison Ministry AOG Pastor in Clarksville, Tennessee, which was an order from my GOD to return to PNG to do a work only I could do. Pastor Al Seui was originally from American Samoa but ended up in Clarksville after he retired from the Army. Fort Campbell, Kentucky is right next to Clarksville. Al and I were both ex G.I.s. When he first told me the prophecy I was stunned. I just bought my first house which was a 2500sq.ft. house on a dead end road on the side of a mountain over looking and surrounded by an oak tree forrest in the heart of GOD's country.
I was the rich young ruler. I was on the fast track as a security contractor for the Department of Homeland Security. I would turn down being a Chief of Guards over 350 armed guards guarding a military base in Florida with a triple jump in pay to follow this prophecy. My job would have been to drink coffee with the General and make sure my Deputy was effectively running the operation. In other words a working retirement.
My goal had been to complete an electronics engineering degree in two years from that promotion and get a guaranteed job at Intel as an electrical engineer. An electrical engineer of average ability with bonuses was making half a million dollars a year in those years. I wanted to use the extra money to buy real estate properties so I could retire to becoming a full time artist as soon as possible. My ultimate goal has always been to retire as soon as possible - preferably while I was still young.
I left everything to answer the call of GOD. My wife at the time refused to follow me to PNG so I lost my three children to her. I had homeschooled the first two. The last was still in the womb when I left. My wife would get awarded an abandonment divorce from the divorce court claiming I abandoned her and the children. The truth was quite the opposite. I was never informed of it. She would then try and have me declared legally dead to steal my house. She failed.
I've lost tens of millions of dollars in lost earnings for the last 20 years that I have sacrificed away from my business and career plans living away from America here in PNG. And now its too late to recover those American dreams. So I got locked in New Guinea to do or to die trying to complete the Mission GOD sent me on. I lived with no hope of returning to America or seeing my children until the job was done. But what job was that?
I got presented with the first job only days after returning to New Guinea. Somare was using a group of front men to prepare Karau for hydrocarbon extraction activities. Name lists of all Karau Natives were recorded. I even got a call in America about it and me and my family got registered while in America. But I didn't think much of it at the time. I had no idea how big the oil really was. I certainly had no idea that it would turn out to be a hydrocarbon super volcano that is the real source of all the hydrocarbon found in the planet Earth. Once opened all other hydrocarbon reserves in the World will depressurize leaving Karau with a global hydrocarbon monopoly. So job one was to stop the opening of Karau oil until I could open it myself.
I stopped it by thwarting a plan by Somare to relocate my People out of the Karau Ward area and then declare the land waste land and remove any customary ownership over it so the Somare camp could control it. The problem being that the mouth of the super volcano where the drill goes down is in Native land owned by people other than Somare and he knew it. My problem is that my family owns that land and more than that, I own the land all that hydrocarbon is going to come exploding out of. I own that land exclusively so I am the one that had the most to lose if Somare was successful in his relocation program.
To stop it I told the people to go ahead and move leaving me the only one to stay and claim all the oil when the oil company comes. Everyone stayed and Somare's relocation program came to an end. I got the blame and Somare black listed me reporting me as an over staying tourist. Somare should have teamed up with me but he wanted to rule over me. How does a tenth grader rule over a university educated person? That is not possible. Besides, Somare is a refugee in my Tribe though he didn't know it at first until I was good enough to explain it to him.
In 2011 I sent a communique to the PNG Government while Somare was Prime Minister explaining to the Government that I ruled in Karau and not Somare, and that I owned the source of the hydrocarbon in Karau, and that I gave them 21 days to begin test drilling activities or I would call in another oil company.
About 14 days later Somare and a group of Cheetah Oil Company Executives landed in Karau to inform my People that test drilling would start in 3 months. After notifying my People about Cheetah's plans Somare started to have heart failure and was rushed to Singapore for emergency surgery to fix a faulty valve in his heart. He died for three days but came back. The surgery would leave him slightly brain damaged because of loss of oxygen to the brain during surgery. He would never be the same.
I joined with the PNG Opposition and advised them how to turn the Government. We shocked the World in 2011 when we turned the Government removing Somare as Prime Minister. He would try and return after surgery but would be labelled a stranger in Parliament and removed by the new Government. He would retire a broken man in 2017. His son would lose his Parliament Seat in 2012. His daughter would run to replace her father in 2017 but would lose. As of the writing of this memoir there is currently no Somare in Government. A first since before Independence.
I wrote a letter to Somare in 2006 explaining to him that it was not in his best interests to make me his adversary because his and his children's political and business aspirations would be forfeited if he did. I already knew how to destroy him when I told him that but he didn't believe me. He wanted me to prove it to him so I did but it took a lot of years living in poverty to do it.
In 2012 I ran against Somare in the Sepik Governor's Race. I lost but I registered as a candidate named "Timothy Koeser Karau." By doing this I successfully linked my legal name to my Tribal Royal Name in the government record. No small feet. I had thrown in a sideways bank shot for a winner. The PNG Government had recognized me as the King of Karau without even realizing it. This thereby solidifying my position as the central and final figure in the process of opening Karau Hydrocarbon. That was a much bigger win than winning any election.
Somare thought I was going to run against his son so he set a trap for me there to stop me. He didn't expect me to run against him and was shocked to see my name in the paper as one of the people running against him. He asked an uncle of mine named Sakua why my name was in their. Uncle Sakua just looked at Somare and told him. "Well, he's your family so why don't you ask him?"
That was in 2012. In 2013 I went in to see Somare at his office in Wewak. I explained why I was acting up. I explained that I disagreed with the PNG Government claiming natural resources below 6 feet in Native Territory. That the law must be changed. He told me to apply for the exploration license in Karau instead. That license comes with resource ownership by PNG law. He agreed to help me get government funding of K20 million Kina, about $7 million U.S. to open the oil. So we shook hands and he agreed for me to open the oil or at least so he said but it didn't work out. The funding never came and then he retired.
So it was up to me to raise the funds so I went about trying to do that. That struggle brought me to Wau in Morobe Province in PNG. My current wife Rossy is a Native of Wau. Wau has a lot of possibilities to make money in the gold business. We ended up building a house up there in the mountains like hill billies. I ended up getting adopted by one of the Native families there and now I am a registered member of the Biangai Tribe of Wau.
But there was an important reason why GOD sent me up there and that was to find out a secret about Queen Elizabeth II of England. That secret being that her mother was stolen out of Wau as a child to be secretly adopted by a Scotsman who would then marry a Prince of England who would become an illegal monarch because his wife wasn't really royal. In fact, she was a light skinned black woman from the Island of New Guinea. Her Biangai Tribal name was Wauwia Molle.
Wauwia Molle would end up starting World War One when she told her Dad about giant rocks of solid gold and a diamond the size of a 44 gallon drum that glowed at night that the Biangai worshipped. Those stories made it into the ear of the King so he sent Wauwia Molle and her Dad back to Wau to steal the gold and the diamond. The problem was that Wau was really in German New Guinea and not British New Guinea. It was disputes over who discovered Wau first with all its gold that caused WWI. The Brits didn't know about the oil the Germans had found in Karau and the Germans didn't tell them. The former German Territory of New Guinea would be put under British administration. And of course the gold mining and forrest felling soon began in Wau as a result.
The Brits fought against the Biangai killing members of their tribe subduing them. They also burned down Biangai sacred buildings and stole all the gold and diamonds they could find as well as an elephants tusk and a cheetah skin. In ancient times people from New Guinea traveled to Africa and back on Chinese trading ships. The Wisemen of the East that came bearing gold, frankincense and mir for the baby Jesus were from New Guinea where those things are found in abundance. A sophisticated society once existed in parts of New Guinea that was destroyed by natural disasters and civil wars before the Europeans came.
They say the crown of England is made from gold and diamonds gained in Wau. That can be verified by checking for a radioactive signature left behind from being in proximity to or partially consist of radioactive materials. All gold or diamonds taken out of Wau or even all of New Guinea can be traced back to New Guinea because of this radioactive signature. That will become important in years to come when all of that gold and diamonds must be returned. It was taken out without proper legal due process therefore it is stolen. You might be in possession of stolen property and not even know it. If you do you will be required to return it. If you don't and you get caught you will face Genocide charges for possessing it.
At one time the little Wau airport was the busiest airport in the entire World. The gold company that worked in Wau would donate the Sydney Harbour Bridge to the Government of Australia using money from gold taken out of New Guinea in Wau and other places. The members of the Biangai Tribe would suffer from genocide as a result and lose 90% of their population since encountering the British.
When the British royals found out about Karau oil they tried to steal it using the PNG Prime Minister and Exxon Mobil. The PNG PM was summoned to see the Queen about it. In response I declared independence in Karau. That got a secret military response from my friend Barack Obama who was President of America at the time. Obama also got secret U.N. Security Council resolutions supporting my right as King of Karau to declare independence from PNG. The Foreign Minister of PNG was summoned to the U.N. to have it explained to him that a new micro-state had been created in Karau and that it had the backing of the Security Council. PNG was given half a billion U.S. to ease the pain and that was it. But I wasn't done with PNG yet. There was still the issue of King to be settled with them.
I just felt that if I try to open the oil without first controlling PNG that it would lead to defeat. The other thing GOD needed me to do was to become King and Head of State of PNG. I suppose I need to explain why I am the real King of PNG.
It all starts with a pledge found in the Preamble of the PNG Constitution. The Preamble being that part of the PNG Constitution that expressed the will of the PNG People. The pledge binds all PNG Citizens to guard and pass on to future generations our nobel traditions and Christian Principles.
What more nobel a tradition is there than land and natural resource ownership? None. What law can stand in PNG that violates any Christian Principle? None if challenged in court using this legal tactic.
The body of the PNG Constitution lists Queen Elizabeth II as the monarch of PNG but is that Biblical? Well, once we examine the following scriptures we can see the problem.
Deuteronomy 17:14-15
14 When thou art come unto the land which the LORD thy GOD giveth thee, and shall possess it, and shall dwell therein, and shalt say, I will set a king over me, like as all the nations that are about me;
15 Thou shalt in any wise set him king over thee, whom the LORD thy GOD shall choose: one from among thy brethren shalt thou set king over thee: thou mayest not set a stranger over thee, which is not thy brother.
Once we take the above scripture at face value we can quickly see that Queen Elizabeth II is not legally qualified to be monarch of PNG because she is not selected of GOD and she is a foreigner to PNG. But who is selected of GOD?
The question is answered by these scriptures.

The Gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke clearly show that Caesar was GOD's choice to rule the government. Chapter 19 of the Gospel of John clearly shows Jesus submitting to the name Caesar as that was the Will of His FATHER who is GOD. And Jesus submitted to the name Caesar even unto the cross.
A Jewish friend of mine named Dan told me that the Romans killed Jesus.
I said, "no they didn't."
A suspicious and angry look washed over Dan's face when he asked me, "who killed him then?" He expected me to say the Jews because what other answer is there? Well, only the right answer.
"GOD killed Him." I explained. GOD sacrificed Jesus for the sins of Israel and even the whole World. The specific sin Jesus was sacrificed for was the sin of adultry and murder that were perpetrated in the situation between King David and Bathsheba.
But in any case the name of Queen Elizabeth II appears nowhere in the Bible so she cannot be Queen of a Nation pledged to follow Christian Principles. Only Caesar can be King of PNG but that Caesar must also be from PNG. Well, I am the only Caesar from New Guinea so therefore only I am legally qualified to be King of PNG.
What is of further interest is that this is also true in the UK. The UK Monarch awards to follow the Bible therefore the UK Monarch is sworn to recognize Caesar as GOD's Chosen ruler over the UK with the UK Monarch being Caesar's representative. In any case, the UK Monarch must receive Caesar's agreement before that person is legally authorized to become Monarch. The so called King Charles failed to do so therefore he is a de facto King. He is not legally King until he would receive Caesar's blessing which he hasn't and won't. Neither him nor any of his descendants as I have revoked the UK Monarchy outright for treason against my divine authority.
The legal process associated with my claim of being King of PNG has been underway for some time, however it remains incomplete because I have not yet acquired the funds to activate legal proceedings. So that's what I need to complete as the other work only I can do in PNG which GOD sent me back to accomplish.
Once completed I will then open the oil in Karau.
I want to explain the science of Karau Oil as I understand it. Karau oil is actually fed by a reservoir of hydrocarbon further down inside the planet. How deep down? Well, all the way down to the "Unknown Layer" which I hypothesize is made up of hydrocarbon plasma. That hydrocarbon plasma is leaking out like a spinning lava lamp with the hydrocarbon spiraling up to the crust where it is leaking through the ring of fire into the Karau Hydrocarbon Basin which is larger than the Sepik.
The basin is in the shape of a scorpion whose head is in my land in the Murik Lakes. One hand extends out to Sesano in the West Sepik. The other hand extends into the highlands of the Ramu. The body follows the Sepik River up to Telafomin which comprises its tail. The scorpion is covered in a layer of diamonds too thick to be drilled through. The only place where a drill can penetrate through the diamond layer is through a natural hole that is found in Native Land I exclusively own by Tribal Law. That hole being filled with a material like asphalt. An easy drill at the mouth but impossible to drill anywhere else.
The Germans found it before World War One. They projected it to have 6.8 trillion barrels of oil and 30 trillion cubic feet of natural gas. That barrel figure is almost 7 times the proven current World oil reserves. But there shouldn't be any oil in there at all. The heat of the Ring of Fire should have converted all the oil into gas but why doesn't it? Well, it does but more oil is continuously entering the basin from beneath giving a fresh supply of oil to be converted into gas. This process is what has forced oil and gas through the crust of the Earth to all the places it is found today.
Hydrocarbon is not produced by rotting dinosaur bones as was thought. In fact, it is a naturally occurring substance in the Earth that comes to the surface of the Earth according to the process I have just explained.
This means that the hydrocarbon supply of Karau Hydrocarbon will last for the lifetime of the planet. And using it we can finally convert modern society into a Type One or even Type Two Civilization from the Type Zero World we are living in now.
Once I open Karau Hydrocarbon I will then create a Central Bank to sell it. To do this I will presell somewhere between $2 to $20 quadrillion dollars worth of my hydrocarbon to my bank at a 50% discount. The Bank will then add the other 50% and sell it to the World. Hydrocarbon extraction companies will be subcontracted by the Bank to pump and distribute everything.
Sales will be controled down to the individual level. Nations can apply for supply side assistance where my Bank will lend out the hydrocarbon at interest to be paid the following year. Any Nation, Group or Individual found to be in violation of intentional violations of the New Covenant as found in the Bible will be embargoed and otherwise excommunicated. I have no intention of losing my Soul.
My bank will also enter the financial markets lending money and other banking services including insurance services. The loans will be easy and anyone can apply. As long as the individual involved accepts and follows Christian Principles they will have no fear of the bank foreclosing on the loan. On the other hand if the individual is found to have intentionally violated any Christian Principle full repayment of all loans will be expected immediately and the full measure of the law will be used to recover any revenues lost by the Bank as a result.
The 50% hydrocarbon payment made to me by my bank will be deposited into my private account in that bank. That should be between $1 and $10 quadrillion dollars depending how much I presell. A portion of that money will be used by my lawyers to purchase off everything for sale in the World. I intend to purchase off controlling shares in every major company in the World. I don't have to worry about anti-competition laws or monopolies etc. because I was born with immunity from prosecution as I am Caesar's legal heir and owner of the Roman alphabet and other Caesarean Intellectual Systems but that's for another chapter.
Karau Hydrocarbon offers the World new and lasting economic possibilities. The fact is I will have enough money to buy off the World many times over. So I want to use it to benefit everyone.
I told my people that we cannot be greedy with Karau Hydrocarbon if we expect to survive. Instead we have to use it to feed the World and promote World Peace. Any other option will lead to the destruction of both Karau and the World.
It's a good thing I got here in time to deal with these oil issues as the owner. Without me ownership disputes would have surely caused World War III. My oil caused World War I and II and it will start III if I fail. That's why I have sacrificed my life to deal with this issue. Believe me, there are many other things I'd rather be doing than babysitting a World Hydrocarbon Monopoly.
In any case, if I do end up dying before I can open my hydrocarbon super volcano for whatever reason than let the World know that everything I own I give to the strong as Alexander the Great did.
