The Independent State of Papua New Guinea (PNG) was created without gaining the free, prior and informed consent of the Native Tribes of PNG. The PNG Constitution also was also enacted without the free, prior and informed consent of the 800+ Native Tribes in PNG. This is a legal fact because there was never a referendum held to gain that consent from the 800+ Native Tribes involved. This means that the PNG State and Constitution are not valid, they are unauthorized, and they are de facto. This means that all branches of the PNG Government have no true jurisdiction over any of the Tribes in PNG or any of the Members of those Tribes. This includes the PNG Court system.
